We photograph what we find, not what we promise

How we work

Most homeowners have never seen the inside of their ductwork. We start there: a camera on a flexible rod goes into the main trunk and every branch, and you see the live image on the tablet.

Only then do we agree what, if anything, needs cleaning. Some systems need a full clean; others need one blocked run cleared.

When the work is done the same camera goes back in, and the new photos go into your report next to the old ones.

  • Camera first

You see the inside of the system before any quote.

  • Cleaned to a standard

Negative pressure and rotary brushes reach every branch.

  • Photographed again

Every report shows before and after side by side.

Questions we get at the door

Short answers; ask the technician for detail.

  • How often should ducts be cleaned?

Every three to five years for most homes, sooner with pets, renovation dust or allergies. The camera inspection tells us whether it is due.

  • How long does a whole-home clean take?

Two to four hours for an average home, depending on the number of runs. The inspection and the final check add about an hour.

  • Will it make a mess?

No. We work under negative pressure, lay floor protection and vacuum through a HEPA-filtered unit that vents outside.

  • Do you clean dryer vents?

Yes, as a separate job or alongside a duct clean. We measure airflow at the hood afterwards.

  • Can I watch the inspection?

Yes. The live camera image is on a tablet and we walk you through each branch.

  • What does the report include?

Before and after photos of each run, airflow notes and any repair we recommend.
